Course Objective:
The module is designed to empower sales managers to conduct professional sales presentations. The module focuses on the skills and knowledge required to create and deliver high impact presentations that support and advance the sales process.
Candidate Requirement:
Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant life and work experiences.
Course Content:
Day 1 : Content Preparation
- Set out clear objectives for the presentation using ideas trees etc
- Structuring presentations to appeal to specific audiences, including how to deliver an effective presentation
- Choosing correct media to get the message across
Day 2 : Content Delivery
- Communication skills including Powerpoint key tips
- How to handle questions and the various types of listeners
- Voice projection; actual delivery with feedback
- Matching message media learning styles and delivery styles to ensure consistency
Day 3 : Presentation Style
- Recognising own style and learning to adapt to match various scenarios
- Raise receptivity of sales message by presenting benefits; speaking clearly & demonstrating confidence
- Observe changes in customer behaviour and adapt presentation accordingly
Day 4 : Concluding Presentations
- How to conclude presentations ensuring customer commitment
- Clarify what you delivered meets the customers needs
- Evaluating presentations to improve for future
